The challenge

The context

Two stores whose works permit files needed updating, in demanding shopping centres, with a fire-safety commission scheduled at short notice on one of the sites.

Our approach
  • Fixed-fee review per store: fire alarm system, evacuation, accessibility
  • Retrieval of existing permit files from the shopping centre
  • Action plan and interim measures defined ahead of the fire-safety commission
  • Two parallel tracks: regularising the existing fit-out and the target fit-out
  • 360° photo capture of the Cergy store, shared by link with all parties
