Multi-site rollout

10, 20 or 50 openings.
One programme lead.

When a network speeds up, the site work is no longer the problem: the organisation is. Pilostone structures and runs your programme of openings and refurbishments, as extra capacity for your construction team or as full programme lead.

Our scope

What we
take on.

  • Programme organisation: roles, approval workflows and management routines with your teams and leadership
  • Multi-site master schedule: milestones per store, critical path, opening waves
  • Standardisation: managing the rollout kit with your designer (template specifications, standard details, reference cost plan)
  • Contractor tendering in waves or through framework agreements, with a qualified panel
  • CAPEX tracking and consolidated reporting: budget, schedule, risks and snags per site
  • Coordination with landlords, shopping centres and local permits
  • Opening: support with handover, snag follow-up, fire-safety inspection preparation

FAQ

Your questions.

From how many stores should you outsource part of your construction management?

There is no universal threshold. The right signal is when your team can no longer be on every site at the key milestones (unit survey, tendering, handover) without schedules slipping. That is often the case as soon as several openings overlap.

Does Pilostone replace our construction team?

No. We work with your methods, tools and contacts, and report to your manager. The aim is to absorb the peak in workload, not to make you dependent on a supplier.

Does Pilostone carry out the works or the design?

No. Pilostone acts as owner’s representative and site coordinator. Design stays with your architect or designer, and the works with the appointed contractors. We take no commission from them.

Where do you work?

From Paris, across Île-de-France and the whole of France. European programmes are considered case by case.
