The context
A store open to the public, two parties with interlocking schedules (the general contractor and the furniture installer) and fire-safety requirements to integrate before opening.
Our approach
- Consolidated schedule across the general contractor and the furniture installer
- Single point of contact for the IKEA teams
- Follow-up of fire-safety items (fire alarm system, smoke extraction, room classification) with the relevant parties
- Structured meeting minutes and action tracking
